Many weekenders come to enjoy the fishing, hiking and four-wheeling that is available to property owners. Our clubhouse is also available for rent to property owners and their guests. It should be noted that our amenities are available only to property owners in good standing and their invited guests.

Elections of Board members began in 2008. The Board of Trustees is responsible for the maintenance of the subdivision, including common grounds, clubhouse, roads and trails and three lakes and dams. All maintenance and improvements are reliant on proceeds from the annual assessment.

It should be noted by prospective purchasers that complete development of the third lake area was never realized; consequently, there are no plans or funding to make water or sewer service available to the areas around the third lake. Regardless of the shortcomings, there are many new property owners in the community. The new energy springing forth in this area is a direct result of property owners who simply want a really nice camping area where they can relax and enjoy the weekend.
